I've written this blog post before but as I've been signing up for all these myself I thought it was a good time to update! Having a baby is big business (for you too!) and all the big companies want you to spend your money with them, so lots of them offer baby clubs you can sign up to. These can be a great way to test things out by using the samples or coupons they send you.
When signing up for all these things you might want to consider setting up a spare email address in case you get bombarded with advertising emails etc. This can be a good idea for competition entries too. Please read any small print carefully to tick/untick any relevant boxes. Don't give your phone number if you don't want to! Also please be aware most of these 'clubs' are essentially trying to sell you something, the freebies and coupons can be great but do your research before using those coupons and products! Also any health/feeding/weaning advice etc should always come from your midwife/health visitor/GP.
