https://www.shopitize.com/ - every Thursday there is a new offer code to input which usually works out to be a free item. Last week was skittles, this week a Lindt bunny! 15GOLD is the code you need to enter.

For the phone apps I've made sure everyone in my household with a smart phone has each app (and even got my Mum doing it!) Just make sure to keep track of your receipts until you know the app has accepted them.
